Application & Important Dates

RE-PUBLIC Workshop will take place in Istanbul in 18 - 29 July 2014.

The target group is the 3rd or 4th year students of the undergraduate programmes and students of graduate programmes in partner institutions in the fields of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture. For a group of 12 teaching staff, 36 students will be selected in total. Competences of applicants will be assessed on the basis of the evaluation of their educational background, as well as on their motivation. Gender and cycle balance will be considered as well. The specific selection criteria will be the following Academic merit, English proficiency and Motivation. The set of documents to be sent are: 1 page of motivation letter + CV. These documents should be sent to republic.ip2014@gmail.com for the students at ITU, knorr-siedow@gmx.net for the students at Brandenburg, burak.pak@kuleuven.be for the students at KU Leuven, alex@polito.it for the students at Torino.

The selection will be carried out on a comparative basis by a board of professors composed by minimum three-four members. The ranking list of the selected candidates will be published on the RE-PUBLIC website [http://republic-ip2014.blogspot.com] and Web-based Social Geographic Platform [http://www.archtheoryflanders.be/istanbul/] on 28 February 2014.
